One week minimum rental
Maximum 5 person occupancy

Terms & Conditions

50% Deposit at time of booking secures reservation.
Balance of rental fee and $200.00 security deposit due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Security deposit will be returned after your party has vacated the Casa in good order

Cancellations

25% of total forfeited 30 daysor more prior to arrival date.

50% of total forfeited 15-30 daysprior to arrival dates.

100% of total forfeited 7 daysor less prior to arrival date.

We ask that you smoke in outside areas only.
